Staff who care

Every campus has a Student Support Coordinator who is available to help you with any problems you may have at school or in your day to day life.
These counselors keep track of your progress and will provide help if you need it.

Caregiver services 24 hours a day for under 18 yr olds

If you are under the age of 18, Taylors Caregivers will provide care services for you and your parents.  This includes an initial contact visit followed by regular telephone contact.

They can be contacted any time day or night by calling a 24-emergency phone number. 

Caregivers work with the schools and your parents to ensure that you are successful at school and that you are happy and healthy.

Well equipped Health facilities

All our campuses have people who are specially trained to provide you with the support you need when you are sick.

All students also have access to health facilities or sick bays at the campuses.

Health insurance

As an international student, you mush have Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC). 
We will arrange this for you with your enrolment.

We also have additional insurance called StudyCare which you can get in addition to OSHC. 

StudyCare is a comprehensive protection that includes:

• medical emergency and repatriation, 
• emergency help-line, 
• travel cancellation, 
• course fee reimbursement, 
• lost and delayed baggage, 
• personal liability and
• personal accident.
