I enjoy reading comics and playing computer games. I usually go to church on Saturdays and spend the rest of the weekend either studying or going out with friends.
What is the most interesting place you’ve ever been to and why?
It would have to be Kings Park. The spectacular views of Kings Park are really breathtaking and I love the fresh air and night view of the park. It is just a wonderful place to relax after a day of work.
Who is your favourite Taylors College teacher?
My favourite teacher would be Mr. David Enright. Being our course coordinator he has fought for our rights and helped us through difficult times in Taylors College when we first moved here. He also listens to our complaints and tries his best to help us out. He is just a great teacher.
Tell an interesting story about an experience you’ve had at Taylors College.
An interesting story would be when we went to the countryside on a field trip. We went for a night walk. We had to walk through the pitch black forest in groups. The boy whom I was grouped with had a sprained ankle days before the trip. However, during this trip, I couldn’t see and I repeatedly stepped on his ankle over and over again. He was in pain but he didn’t complain and helped our group through the forest. It was a really memorable experience.
What is your most favourite item that you brought with you from home?
It would have to be my family photo. It reminds me of my loving and warm family who will always be there for me no matter what.
What is your favourite Aussie or Kiwi word?
What makes you unique?
I am basically a simple girl on the surface but I can be different in my thinking and I rarely let my emotions out. I always think on the bright side and try my best in everything I do.
What is the best thing that has ever happened to you?
The best thing would be to successfully entered University of Western Australia where a new adventure awaits me.
What advice would you give students who are planning to come to Australia?
I would advise these students to prepare relatively warm clothing in case of heavy downpour and strong winds during winter. The food in Australia is getting better everyday. Asian restaurants and many other varieties of food are now available. Lastly, try to be friendly to people around you and smile to people who smile at you.
