MUFY Standard program

The MUFY Standard Year would suit you if you’ve achieved at least average grades in English and relevant subjects.

This 39 week course will give you the foundation you need to study at University.

What do I study?

For all intakes you will study English and a choice of 4 subjects.

Subject choice is the same for both intakes with the exception of Graphic Art and Music which is only offered in the January intake.

Which intake is right for me?

To be able to choose the right intake, you’ll need to know three things:

The semester in which your preferred Monash University undergraduate degree is offered for example March or July. If the degree starts only in March, the best option is to undertake a MUFY intake ending in November or December, otherwise you will have a long wait for the start of your degree.

Am I eligible?

To be admitted to Taylors College, you must meet certain English Language and academic requirements. Generally, you must have achieved satisfactory grades in subjects similar to the ones you want to study at Taylors College.
