Certificate of Pre-Foundation Studies

 

Before embarking on your Foundation Studies, you can prepare academically with a Pre-Foundation program.

In addition to a focus program of academic subjects, you are provided with the opportunity to improve and develop your English language skills.

Once you have successfully competed the Pre-Foundation, you will be able to enter the Foundation Year at the next intake.

Pre-Foundation offers you small interactive classes to allow for more personalized learning.  You’ll find that one-to-one assistance is readily available.

Which intake is right for me?

To be able to choose the right intake, you’ll need to know two things:

  1. Which subjects are compulsory for entry to the University of Auckland or AUT University undergraduate degree that you want to study

  2. Whether you meet the requirements for the Foundation intake

Am I eligible?

To be admitted to Taylors College, you must meet certain English Language and academic requirements.  Generally, you must have achieved satisfactory grades in subjects similar to the ones you want to study at Taylors College.
