TAFY Standard program

The Taylors Auckland Foundation Year would suit you if you’ve achieved at least average grades in English and relevant subjects.

This 39-week course (January and July) or 35 week course(September) will give you the foundation you need to study at University.

Who should do this course? If you don’t meet the direct entry into undergraduate degree at University of Auckland, AUT University or Massey University or other tertiary institutes If you are looking for the best preparation program to top universities in Australia and New Zealand If you’ve achieved at least average grades in English - a minimum overall  IELTS score of 5.5, with no band less than 5.0 or equivalent If you have achieved at least average grades in relevant subjects

Which intake is right for me?

To be able to choose the right intake, you’ll need to know two things:

1. Which subjects are compulsory for entry to the University of Auckland, AUT University or Massey University undergraduate degree that you want to study

Am I eligible?

To be admitted to Taylors College, you must meet certain English Language and academic requirements.  Generally, you must have achieved satisfactory grades in subjects similar to the ones you want to study at Taylors College.
