Available to International Students only in Australia

Entry to the Foundation program is for international students only in Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.

International students who are granted Australian Permanent Residency after accepting a place in the course may complete the Foundation program, but cannot be guaranteed entry to the University under the conditions set down for international students.

Auckland Foundation program is available to International Students, New Zealand permanent residents (PRs) and New Zealand domestic students in New Zealand.

Eligibility for Monash University

You must be at least 17 years of age by 31 December 2010 to be eligible for admission to Monash University in 2011, unless you have achieved academic results that place you in the top 15% of the qualified applicant pool.

If you do not meet the above criteria, but would otherwise have been offered a place, you will be offered a deferred place to be taken up when the age criterion is met.

The Dean of a faculty may choose to admit a student who has not yet attained the age of 18 years but has achieved excellent results, or who has achieved the age of 17 years but achieved results slightly below those required.
