Which intake is right for me?

To be able to choose the right intake, you’ll need to know three things:

  1. The semester in which your preferred University of Sydney undergraduate degree is offered for example March or July. If the degree starts only in March, the best option is to undertake a USFP intake ending in November or December, otherwise you will have a long wait for the start of your degree.
See: Minimum entry requirements for The University of Sydney undergraduate studies table (PDF 68K).
  2. What subjects are compulsory for entry to The University of Sydney undergraduate degree that you want to study.
See: Minimum entry requirements for The University of Sydney undergraduate studies table (PDF 68K).
  3. Whether you meet the requirements for the Foundation intake.
    See: Foundation Year entry requirements.

Unsure? Follow these step by step guidelines to choose the program that suits your requirements and abilities.
