I am studying economics and accounting. I would like to open my own business in the future.

What have you enjoyed the most about studying at Taylors?
I have enjoyed the experience and kindness of the teachers. Teachers play a big role in student’s attitudes towards school.
What are your hobbies?
My hobbies are reading, modern music, soccer and sometimes I go out ice skating.
What is the most interesting place you’ve ever been to and why?
Queenstown is the most interesting place I have been. I like it there because of the mountains and the snowboarding. I had never seen the mountains before and had never tried snowboarding.
Who is your favourite Taylors College teacher?
Ted Dawe is my favourite teacher. During his lessons I feel like I am really progressing.
Tell an interesting story about an experience you’ve had at Taylors College.
When I first arrived at Taylors College, a teacher needed some help carrying something so she asked me, “Can you give me a hand?” I was confused by what she was saying so I showed her my left arm.
What is your most favourite item that you brought with you from home?
I brought a hockey shirt of the Russian team. I love hockey and always enjoy watching it.
What is your favourite Aussie or Kiwi word?
Eh! I hear it all the time from the youngsters.
What makes you unique?
I am very sociable, sometimes I can be too sociable.
What is the best thing that has ever happened to you?
My birth is the best thing that has ever happened to me.
What advice would you give students who are planning to come to New Zealand?
First, I would tell students to know some basic English. Then I would tell them to be prepared to eat completely new types of food. Lastly, they should be prepared for the changing weather conditions in New Zealand.
