Students over 18 can choose to look for private housing by renting a flat or apartment in the local area.

Rental properties range from $150 to $300+ plus living expenses (food, utilities, transport, entertainment etc).

• Check the Yellow Pages for real estate agents in the Melbourne city areas.  You can also use Whereis.com to find areas close to campus.
