If you’ve asked to be picked up from the airport, you’ll be sent a sign.  Please display this when you arrive in New Zealand.

Arriving in Auckland

When you arrive at Auckland International Airport and after you have passed through Customs and Immigration, enter the Arrival Hall.

A Reception Officer will meet and greet you in the arrival hall.  It is important for you to carry your Taylors College Confirmation sign.

Please DO NOT leave the Arrival Hall.

If you are unable to locate the person collecting you, ask for assistance from the Information Desk in the Arrival Hall or call our emergency numbers:

Sometimes international flights will arrive in other New Zealand cities. You may be able to clear customs before taking your flight to Auckland.  If this happens, you will most likely arrive at the domestic terminal.  The Reception Officer will meet you there – you will find them near the baggage carousel.
