- Telephone conversations with parents.
- Visits to the homestay- 2 visit per semester.
- Monitoring academic progress and attendance
- Written report to parents
- 24 hour service in case of emergency
- Organising outdoor activities
- Help to settle down into new environment
- Help to set up a bank account and manage personal finances
- Frequent communication with homestay hosts.
